Gahsaru employees 240-300 women annually and works with 1650 smallholder coffee producers.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"\"\u003eUmuko Coffee and the Rusatira’s family has more than 40 years of coffee growing and processing experience within Rwanda. Their experiences lead them to found Umuko to better support coffee producers by providing them with a voice, transparency, and a larger share of the profits their coffees generate.
