Our first coffee from Vietnam.

Although coffee has been grown in the region since the 1800s, Robusta has been the vast majority of their production. More recently, a select number of producers have chose to grow arabica and pursue specialty coffee scores.

This Yellow Honey Catimor represents those efforts. Hailing from central highlands of Dung K’no village in Lam Dong, this small holders lot is grown by a group of producers operating on small farms. Ripe cherries are hand picked and transported to a wet mill for processing.

We are excited to release the first of two lots from Dung K’no. These coffees come to is via our long standing relationship with Atlantic Specialty.
