For 2025 we have added our incredibly drinkable, super cozy, Solis Washed to the blend. Partnered as always with washed Ethiopia - we think Eddie has gotten even a little more festive.
We find notes of Hot Chocolate, Oatmeal, and Pecan.
With unprecedent volatility in the market, historic prices, and limited availability of coffees - we have made it a point to support our year over relationships. This years Eddie is a great example of that mindset. Solis Washed has been fantastic over the last 4 years. Sweet, consistent, and super comforting. When we looked to formulate this blend, it made sense to take one of our favorite single origin offerings and add it to Eddie.
