This natural Ethiopian coffees comes to us from Testi Coffees via Atlantic Specialty. Testi Coffees was founded by Faysel Abdosh. The mission of Testi is to improve coffee quality and their community through infrastructure projects. From schools and power plants to school supplies for students.
Dambi Uddo is a town and washing station in the western guji. This coffee is processed traditionally on raised bed. Carefully sorted and the result is a wonderful full natural. We find fruit cocktail and cacao. Deep in flavor, we love to let this coffee cool to get the full depth of flavor.
