Have you heard? Coffees out of Ethiopia, particularly Sidama - are incredible this year. Demeka Becha Black Honey is sparkling and vibrant. We find jasmine, melon, berries, and citrus.

When Swift Coffee sourcing popped up on our radar as importing outstanding coffees from Ethiopia and Peru, we had a sneaking suspicion of who was behind the product. Fast forward about a year later and our suspicions were correct. Our friends from sourcing's past, Emily and Michael were back on the scene and we could not wait to feature coffees that past through their knowledgeable hands.
