Continued to be impressed with the subtle complexity of coffees from southern Mexico. This coffee from the Atitlan region is rich with nuance. Cherry and chocolate play with mild acidity and a floral quality that reminds us of jasmine.

Atitlan region is marked by dense forests and heavy mists.
