We take our decaf coffee seriously. With advancement in processing techniques, we can acquire coffees that are sourced specifically for the decaf process. This means we get awesome decaf coffee like these two from Colombia and Brazil.
A periscope is an apparatus using prisms to see objects that would be otherwise obstructed. So often, awesome decaf is obstructed by the decaffeination process. This blend uses the prisms of modern techniques and careful sourcing to bring wonderful flavors into view.
You can expect notes of caramel, toasted sugar, and nutty with slight fruit notes. It has a gentle tea-like body. So good you might forget it's decaf.
