Full disclosure, we bought this carefully sourced 84 pt coffee to blend with. But you know what, it is too good not to single out a few sacks. A nice, crowd pleasing, washed coffee fits are lineup wonderfully right now. Been a minute since we have had a Peru too.

We find Honey, Milk Chocolate, and Lemon Zest. This is our first lot from Swift Coffee Sourcing, but certainly not the last. We worked with the folks from Swift, previously while they were with Catalyst. Emily and her team have a reputation of sourcing ethical, sustainable, and remarkable coffees. Estrellas de Cajamarca, which represents the best of the Cajamarca region, fits the bill.
