Year 3. Sometimes Rwanda doesn't arrive on time and we end up sticking our favorite sweet and funky coffee in red flags. In lieu of Rwanda Gasharu (which will wonderfully arrive in a few weeks) we have blended our Ethiopia Guji and the ever popular Solis Anaerobic.
We roasted these coffees to highlight rose florality in the Guji and chocolate covered strawberries in the Anaerobic. The results are tasty. So go ahead and buy yourself something real tasty and that will be around for only a few weeks. Or, if you must send that special someone a red flag!
