A blend specifically designed for cold brew, but fantastic in any mode. We have been drinking it as pour over in addition to cold brew at the warehouse and it is kind of incredible. We cannot wait to try it as espresso.
When we began to build a cold brew blend we wanted something chocolatey, but we also wanted to add a layer of complexity and character that is often lacking in cold brew. Yes Ma’am was the perfect place to begin. For 2025 we have replaced the washed Guatemala with a natural Brazil. Upping the chocolatey quality and further lowering the acidity.
