Well, to say the honey processed version of this coffee has been a hit would be an understatement. When we bought these coffees - it was the anaerobic version that really grabbed us.
Aggressively fruity, with just a little bit of that funkiness that anaerobic enthusiasts are looking for. Deep in flavor and complexity. We are thrilled to have this coffee available to share with you.
With the Lam Dong region producing nearly all the Arabica in Vietnam and producing some incredible coffees across various processes, we are excited to purchase more coffees from this collection of small holders. A huge thank you to our friends at Atlantic Specialty for their dedication to finding great coffees to share with us. Bringing coffees like Dung Kn'o in, is truly one of the highlights of what we do.
